Our general policy is simple: we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not track you across the web, and we do not run third-party advertising networks.

When you use this website or interact with us directly, we keep data collection to a minimum:

• Visitor Analytics: We use Microsoft Clarity to analyze how users interact with our website (e.g., page views, session duration, scroll depth, and clicks) through heatmaps and anonymized session recordings. This service uses cookies to distinguish unique users and group actions into sessions, but does not capture sensitive personal data.
• Traffic & Performance: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure general site traffic and performance. This service is completely cookieless, does not collect or store any personal data, and does not track you across other websites.
• Email Updates: If you voluntarily join a newsletter or product waitlist, we store your email address solely to send you updates. You can opt out at any time.
• Support Queries: If you email us for help, we retain your email and conversation history to assist you.

Each NGNN Studio product (such as Earnedd, Renoten, Second Wind, and others) operates under its own specific privacy policy.
